regime change

Due to a regime change in my chemo. sessions which basically means me spending some time as an in-patient in hospital, we will also be changing the day the podcasts are released. From now on I'll be putting out the telecasts on a Monday, this allows me spend Tue - Fri having a blast and then I can check out what you guys all thought of it on the Friday. Lookout for it this coming Monday!
